  • bush's chili beans (mild or hot)
    3 27oz cans
  • chili powder (ancho if possible)
  • crushed tomatoes
    2 28oz cans
  • cumin
  • ground chuck
    5 lb
  • kidney beans
    1 28oz can
  • onion (chopped)
    2-3 large

    Brown ground chuck halfway.

    When soft, add cumin and chili powder (ancho if possible) to release flavor.
